Ingredients

  • 240g frozen mangos
  • 200g frozen strawberries
  • 200g Frozen Pineapple
  • 250ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 200g plain yogurt

Method

  1. Add juice and all fruit into a blender and blend until puréed. Stir where necessary to blend thoroughly.
  2. Add yogurt and blend again until combined.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
  4. You can also freeze some in small plastic cups and add a lollipop stick to create a smoothie ice pop!
