Ingredients
- 100ml red wine
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 4 Inishella sirloin steaks
Method
- Crush the garlic and combine with the thyme, red wine, and olive oil in a bowl.
- Add the steaks one by one and glaze them with the mixture on both sides. Cook on BBQ for 4 mins each side on medium heat. Set aside for 5 mins to rest.
- Serve with your preferred veg or salad. This dish goes best with asparagus, mushrooms, green beans, or baby spinach. Enjoy!
