This competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland between the ages of 6-18 with Parent/Adult/Guardian approval, except employees of the Promoter or participating retailers and their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Winners must be 6 – 18 years of age at the time of application.

  3. How to enter: Tell us in less than 100 words, why the school or club you are nominating deserve to win a training session with Johnny Sexton and what it would mean to them. Upload an image of you taken with the life-size cutout of Johnny Sexton taken in a participating MACE store. Max size is 10.6MB and accepted formats are .jpg, .png, .gif. Entrants must provide a daytime contact telephone or mobile number. All entries must include a contact name and telephone number for a person of responsibility in the school or club that you are nominating. No use will be made of the details supplied other than for the purpose of this competition. All Entries must be received by midnight 30th October 2023.

  1. The prize consists of a rugby training session with Johnny Sexton. Those participating in the prize must be aged 6 years old or over but no more than 18 years old and attend, or be members of, the winning school or club nominated. There is a limit to the time available for the training session and a maximum of sixteen people can take part in the training session. The date for the training session will be confirmed directly with the winner. Full details of the prize will be shared with the winning entrant. The training session will be filmed and photographed, so by entering the winners will be willing to partake in the shoot. There may be additional requirements for publicity photography and other promotional requirements of the promoter.
  2. The prize will be awarded to the school or club who has, in the opinion of the judges, outlined in less than 100 words why they deserve to win a training session with Johnny Sexton and what it would mean to them fabulous prize. The decision of the judges will be final, and binding and no correspondence can be entered into. The entry that is deemed to be most deserving of the prize, as decided by the judges, will receive a prize of a training session for their local school or club. In both instances agreed access to a rugby pitch or suitable facilities in the community is a requirement of entry. The prize must be availed of when it suits the promoters and before end March 2024.
  3. Timings- entry to this competition will run from the 8th of September to 30th October 2023. The winner will be selected and announced in November 2023.
  4. Entry for the prize is open to primary and secondary schools and rugby clubs. In the case of primary and secondary schools they must have access agreed to a rugby pitch or suitable training facilities in the community in which the winning school is located.
  5. By applying, the winner and those participating in the prize will give MACE the right to publish photographic or video images of them and their school or club members for publicity purposes.
  6. All participation instructions form part of these rules.
  7. The Winner will be contacted by their phone number within 48 hours of being chosen as the Winner. If the Winner cannot be contacted and does not respond within 48 hours of contact, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
  8. Entries must be received by midnight on 30th October 2023. No entries received after this date will be included. Entrants can enter as many times as they like but no entrant may win more than one prize.
  9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to change the event activities or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
  10. The prize/offer are non-transferable, no alternatives will be offered and must be taken up by the date shown in (4) above.

  15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the Prize (to the extent permissible by law).

By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
