1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Line a large baking tray with nonstick foil or baking paper.
3. Wash the potatoes and cut each one in half lengthwise and each half cut into 4-6 wedges, depending on how thick you like your wedges.
4. Pop the potatoes into a bowl and drizzle with oil, paprika, chilli powder and salt. Toss well and make sure the potatoes are evenly coated.
5. Spread wedges in a single layer on tray. Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway until cooked through and golden.
