Ingredients
- 240g frozen mangos
- 200g frozen strawberries
- 200g Frozen Pineapple
- 250ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 200g plain yogurt
Method
- Add juice and all fruit into a blender and blend until puréed. Stir where necessary to blend thoroughly.
- Add yogurt and blend again until combined.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
- You can also freeze some in small plastic cups and add a lollipop stick to create a smoothie ice pop!
