• 100ml red wine
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 4 Inishella sirloin steaks


  1. Crush the garlic and combine with the thyme, red wine, and olive oil in a bowl.
  2. Add the steaks one by one and glaze them with the mixture on both sides. Cook on BBQ for 4 mins each side on medium heat. Set aside for 5 mins to rest.
  3. Serve with your preferred veg or salad. This dish goes best with asparagus, mushrooms, green beans, or baby spinach. Enjoy!
