Overnight Chia Seeds with Yoghurt

Ingredients:

Serves 2 | Prep time < 30 mins

30g blueberries

30g soya milk yoghurt

30g chia seeds

15ml almond milk

1 tbsp natural honey

Method:

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the yoghurt, almond milk, natural honey, vanilla and the chia seeds. Mix well.

Step 2
Cover, place in the refrigerator and let stand overnight.

Step 3
The next day, top with blueberries and enjoy.

Notes:  You can replace the blueberries with strawberry, pineapple, kiwis or raisins. The soya yoghurt can be replaced with coconut yoghurt. The almond milk can be replaced with any other plant-based milk, according to your preference.
