BBQ Spicy Corn

Ingredients:

½ tsp chili powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

3 tsp olive oil

4 corn cobs

Pinch of salt and pepper

Handful of cheese/ fetta

Chives

Half lemon

Method:

Step 1.
Combine the chilli powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the oil and mix to create a paste.

Step 2.
Pre-heat BBQ. Remove any string or husk from corn and then use a brush to spread the paste all over each. Wrap each corn in foil and place on the BBQ. Be sure to turn every 10- 15mins until slightly soft and lightly charred.

Step 3.
Remove from foil. If needed, cook uncovered for another 5 mins. Remove from BBQ, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with cheese or chives to finish.
